Pathetic company service !!!

Terrible service!! Would give 0 stars if possible. Used Luzanne from Luric/Luzanne Meyer Photography for 25x branded T-shirts for a client of mine, where to my amazement half of them are faulty in the sense logos are way to low on some shirts, the prints on the back is VERY skew. Sent everything including evidence to her on 14/12/2022 asking how we can resolve the issue, I was ignored. Sent another message on 15/12/2022 were I was again ignored. Sent another set of whatsapps on 09/01/2023 asking for answers how to resolve the issue as my client is demanding his money back & 10/01/2023 where to no avail have I received feedback Even calling is pointless.
