Luqman / Luqmaan logistics is a ****

I am currently on one of their busses headed for Cape Town. We were scheduled to leave at 3pm and they said we would depart at 4:30pm. They then checked us in and left us standing outside. At 7pm, they made us walk out of the station to where their bus was parked, which was very far. Then they drove to a garage and had us wait until 8pm before finally going to Cape Town. They locked the toilet to prevent us from using it but their drivers would go in. Worst experience of my life. Rude and unprofessional all the way. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE.
