Order Placement

I am very clear that the said incidents doesn't happen every day but it does happen on a regular base.<br> We place our orders daily that means every day only for Lupo to phone me in the afternoon requesting an order .<br> Now doing business with Lupo for 4 Years i am a little fed up with this kind of service i am receiving and have requested the call center not to phone my Fax line which falls on deaf ears.Its a ongoing spiral and i am reaching the point where something needs to be done
