Shocking Service - Lupa Osteria Kwena Square Little Falls

Went to Lupa Osteria at Kwena Square in Little Falls yesterday for Sunday Lunch. The service at this restaurant absolutely shocking. We were trying to flag down our waitress (Nonte) for 10mins while she is having a fat conversation at the front door with the other staff completely ignoring her tables. My mother had to stand up and try shout to get her or any of the staff's attention. As customers we must sit at a table with empty glasses and plates until she decides to come to us, That's a complete joke. I would definitely not recommend this place at all, The owners of this establishment need to actually get their act together. From now on I would rather go next door to Nossa Cassa the service is much better there
