****ROACH INFESTATION AT LUPA OSTERIA FLORIDA ROAD

I went to Lupa Osteria - Florida Road on 28 Feb 2020 with friends. after ordering our meals we decided that we were going to stay for drinks and to socialize. we then saw a ****ROACH approaching us and a friend of mine ****ed it. we looked around the floor to see maybe at least 15 ****roaches all over the floor of the room. we decided that we were not going to stay there any longer and called the manager. He told us that he is just the shift manager (Innocent) so there isn't much that he can do and told us to pay the bill (tip included) and that he would call us on Monday to sort the problem out.

we have not received any feedback from them so we made 3 calls before i actually went back to check what was actually going on and why i had not heard from them. it has been 3 weeks and nothing of substance.

The store manager (Sbu) was of no help. He said that he told the GM and the GM didn't contact us and there is nothing he can do about it. He further said that it is beyond his control that there were so many ****roaches. I would have understood if there was just 1 that could have flown in from outside but not an INFESTATION of them.

I am very upset. Its disgusting enough that there were so many ****roaches (i have video footage of the ****roaches on the floor alone 1 of the walls in the room ) but the service there after was absolutely pathetic, almost as if the don't care attitude was because they received their money and that is all that matters to them.

What was even more shocking is that the managers said that I may proceed to posting about this online. Pathetic, absolutely no remorse.
