Poor Service and bad quality of meals

Lupa Osteria Sun Coast was a nightmare for my family and our guests from New Zealand. The service and the quality of our meals were nothing short of disgusting. The waiter messed up our drinks and meal order several times. Our veal and fillet steaks were overdone despite us requesting medium rare. The fish was rubbery. The service was unprofessional and nobody seemed the care . The manager eventually provided a lukewarm apology for the poor service
