Perfection minus a star for not being amenable

I celebrated my birthday at Lupa Suncoast with family on the wonderful balcony with views. Food was phenomenal and service great. It would have perfect had they brought the birthday girl a complementary drink/dessert. Everyone old or young wants to feel special on their birthday. We had also racked up quite a bill as this started with afternoon drinks going into supper, so complementary was well deserved but we were turned down :-(
