Pathetic service at lupa suncoasr

The worst experience today. Went to lupa suncoast at 13h05. No waiter, no menus. Gave the order finally at 13h30 and the waiter says that they are short staffed. Waiter comes back at 14h05 and tells me there are no ingredients for the orders. Pathetic service...please avoid them if you can.
