Not a happy customer

In Dec last yr we celebrated my daughter's birthday at Lupa. I phoned twice to ask if its ok to bring a vegan gluten free cake along and was assured that there would be no problem. When the bill came there was a R225 fee added for the cake which I was never informed about. On 14 Feb I ordered a Vegan burger. I started eating it and thought it tasted too real. After about 3 bite or more bites I asked the waitress and she said oh she only heard me saying "burger" when I ordered. I guess it didn't help that the waitress hadn't written our order down. Both times I spoke on the phone to them afterwards with promises of them getting back to me. I'm still waiting. Be aware when you order vegan or anything allergy free!
