No service levels

Had dinner at Lupa suncoast on Friday 6/3/20.First time there.Will never go back and never recommend that branch to anyone ever.My wife ordered the chicken pasta and after a few mouthful realised there was no chicken in the pasta.We called the waiter who contact the floor manager.Meal was taken to the back to kitchen and came back 15 mins later with the kitchen manager.No peoples s****s.She was rude and arrogant.Staed 130g of chicken was added to pasta.Even went as far as to insinuate that I had eaten all of the chicken up.We had bearly had a few mouthfuls when we called the waiter.Kitchen manager contacts owner who insists we have to pay for the meal.Were were not out for a freebie.Asked to speak to owner and was informed she is at home and does not want to be disturbed.We opted to pay for a few bites of vege pasta the full price.Our meal was taken away and not even a doggie bag offered.Lupa suncoast your management is a disgrace to the other branches
