Lupo Suncoast disaster

Lupo Suncoast Casino- one of the worst experiences ever.- seriously. Been patient but this was a major train smash. Nothing available on the menu nor the drinks menu. Very loud and absolutely nothing worked nor was available. No assistance nor acknowledgement from management. At least they had ice but that gives them only half a star. Seriously disappointed in a franchise that has such a good reputation.
