Lupa Suncoast Casino Shocking Service
Shocking experience. Special occasion for my moms birthday that was totally spoilt. Had to clear the table ourselves. Food that did arrive took over 1 hour 15 mins to arrive. Food arrived cold, some food didn’t have veg, and some food didn’t arrive at all. Asked for the manager three times to try and resolve and she apparently didn’t want to come and speak to us. She did eventually come out and we asked her for the bill. I put a post on their fb page and it was deleted. Never again

19 Nov 2020, 15:37Hi. I did put it on Facebook and it was immediately removed. We brought my mom for her 81st birthday celebration and it was an absolute disaster. She wanted a steak so we thought it might be nice to bring her to Lupa. Bad choice. When we tried to raise our issues with the waitress she kept giggling and almost laughing at us. We left and eventually brought my mom to Spur for a steak - very disappointing. My name is Jackie Cresswell and my cell no is ***.
