Lupa Osteria not paying staff

I worked as a waiter at Lupa Hillcrest in the beginning of 2018 for around 3 months, in this time I never got paid for my work. I left the country shortly after to travel but sent emails to follow up as to where my salary was as well as had family members go in and enquire. There was still no response or payment
