Lupa Osteria Durbanville terrible service

Terrible service! Ordered via a delivery service. Estimated arrival kept extending by 5 minutes and eventually 50minutes later order simply cancelled. On the App it kept saying the order was being processed by the restaurant. No explanation. Nothing. Only number found for Lupa Osteria Durbanville online is non-functional. Simply takes you to a voice message that says "account is locked". Look, I get things go wrong, but seriously! If you're gonna accept my order and then cancel it... have the decency to do so after a few minutes and NOT an hour and a half!
