LUPA OSTERIA AND UBER EATS

My complaint is twofold. First for Lupa Ballito not properly checking my order and leaving one item off, that was ordered and paid for. And Uber Eats for making it impossible to find the correct way to request a refund by not having easily identifiable contact number to make my complaint.

Lupa left one item off for 3-meal order and although a lovely young man tried to assist - unfortunately both places made it extremely frustratingly difficult to correct it. I am very disappointed that Lupa made such basic mistake in not properly checking the order before sending it out with Uber Eats. Thats a very basic thing to do surely! However, be that as it may, having made the mistake it has now become impossible to rectify. The amount is merely R200, but it is MY R200 which I did not choose to give away! However lesson learned, I will not make use of either in futurel
