Ignores Complaints

Staff was friendly and the takeaway pasta was good but ordered chicken alfredo and got ham instead. My Dad doesn't eat ham so he had to have the tomato pasta and I had to have the ham. Sent an e-mail to *** and got no response and then sent one directly to *** and got no response either.
