Hi all i work as a delivery guy . I had a bad experience in lupa with the manager name sam which I will like to share with url . 1st of all I would like to say the service and food lupa offers is excellent . One of the best restaurants in Umhlanga. I walked 2 the restuarant and stood in the wrong area for my order . The restaurant was busy so I waited for the lupa guys to assist me . It went over 15min and my order was late . I was just standing there like a invisible person . So I phned the store while waiting outside and spoke 2 sam the manager and he advised me I am in the wrong area. So I went to the pick up point. Sam comes to me after a few minutes. I tried 2 explain that my order was late and asked if it was ready . The guy burst out angry and started to swear me for no reason . So I advise him do not use valguar language on me I will complain about him and so I asked for his name . He just ignored me and walks away . There was a mr d lady before me so he gave her order and she went away . Then the was another mr d guy came after me sam assist him but just snub me . So I approached him and asked if he does not want 2 give me the food I need 2 cancel the order. Then he checks my order and brings it and tells his name his sam and I must do what I want . So i just stood there and thought to myself Just because I work as a delivery guy they look down on u and treat u as if u was dirt . Never mock people jobs just because yours is paying better. The battle is against covid19 and poverty not against each other .it cost nothing to be kind to a person
