Food poisoning

I just had food poisoning at the restaurant and I am currently hospitalised. Went with someone to lupa in ballito on the 1st of October just in the morning,ordered lasagne he ordered prawns pasta , I didn’t finish the food due to it having a weird taste with the tomato paste When we got home same day he complained about a stomach bug it , the next day I experienced the same thing but more severe than his and had diarrhea , I ignored it till I become severely sick I’m writing this email now I am in hospital general highcare connected to drips to flush my system I just wanted to ask from the managers side part how do we go about this ???
