Disgusting service

Lupa Osteria Midream I’m very disappointed with your service today. I made a booking for 14:00 via dine plan. Arrived on time, no one was assisting and the place was half empty. I had to seat myself, a random waiter came to assist when I raised my hand because I got tired of waiting at the entrance and front door with everyone passing by and assisting a certain race which I won’t mention.

A few hours into my meal and drinks I’m told the table will be needed at a certain time and I would have to move to a different table, when I mention why that is coz I made a booking that’s when attention was being given.

I’m absolutely disgusted at the service I received and flabbergasted by the treatment post mentioning reservation and how I was completely ignored. It’s no wonder the place was half empty, the staff has complete ignorance and have no idea what type of clients they rendering services for. Never again will I set my foot there no water how local I am, that service gave nothing but segregation and ignorance. Complete waste of my money, time and effort.
