DISAPPOINTING SERVICE, WORSE SERVICE EVER

Worse restaurant ever.... A night which started off so well turned into a disaster and disappointment. This resturant has pathetic service and managment sucks, Firstly we had to wait 45 mins to be seated which i understand as most resturants would do that to give customers the best experience,little did we know our expectations led to disappointments. 11 of us sat to eat which as ordering the waiter adviced us that they ran out of mince we still understood and continued to order something else, we ended up waiting for our food for 2hours which still didnt come to our table as the manager ANDRE comes and tell that they ran out of chicken , we told him to cancel the order as we was not prepared to wait another 2 hours to get food. As a manager he was so RUDE and ARROGANT he even had a smirk on his face when we was complaining, we even asked if they can let us pay half for the drinks bill as we was being considerate even with the putrid service ,he made us pay the full bill and never offer anything on the house or even try to be sympathetic towards the situation. What made it worse was people who came after us was served and left,it was so wrong of the way management and service was given to us. I would never recommend anyone to go there after having such an experience. We asked for the owners number or where the owner is the management just ignored he never even apologize for the treatment they showed us. WE LEFT THERE HUNGRY AND DISAPPOINTED.
