Bad service Bad Food.... PATHETIC MANAGER

After being contacted by the owner Mr Brown for bad pizza, he offered me 2 replacements of my choice on 30 Jan and then again 31 Jan. Due to my busy schedule, I told him I would pop in for it once I get a chance. Last Friday i called around 12 and left a message. I waited for about 3 hours and no "manager" called me back. I called again at 3.30pm and that was the biggest mistake I made, FRIDAY RUINED. A very very rude, abrupt and unhelpful Shaun spoke down to me as tho I was trying to **** the Durban North branch for the 2 replacement pizzas promised to me. He declined to fulfill the replacement as tho I was lying about what was promised. The manner and tone in which he spoke was shocking. Its no wonder the food is bad there, THE MANAGERS ATTITUDE STINKS
