Bad food at Lupa Osteria Suncoast

Was at the Suncoast branch in Durban with my family and friends of 6 guests, only 2 of the meals out of the 7 was good, kingklip was bland, 2 chicken salads was dry and they had no salad dressings, chicken meals was very salty, 1 pizza was burnt. Made the on duty person aware of this and was told to fill out a comments card. Waitress tried to apologize for the meals but the manager didn't even attend to us. Bad service and food was not worth the expensive price paid for.
