Are they for real? Lunsasandals.co.za

I ordered two pairs of Lunasandals from lunasandals.co.za. The website looks legitimate and the bank confirmed that the account that received my credit card payment is legitimate too. Yet, they do not answer 'contact us' messages from their website, they do not provide an email address, and they did not send a confirmation email or instructions for delivery. There is just a dead silence. I contacted lunasandals.com in the US and despite the .co.za website being a carbon copy of the .com website the US based company say they are not aware of lunasandals.co.za as a dealer of their sandals.
