Un happy client

I have deposit money in to Luno account and made a mistake on the reference that lead to money not reflecting on my wallet. I have called Luno bank on their number and left lot of voice messages but no 1 get back to me. Can someone please help me sort this problem out. I really need someone to call me. Please
