My account doesn't exist

Hello Peter Please help me , I am very upset and frustrated. I lost my job due to covid19 and was worried about my kids then I decided to do my own research regarding bitcoin trading. I found luno OK then I opened an account my account was verified the I deposited some money cause was eager to see if this will and if will be able make money. When I wanted to buy , I was logged out and tried to log in and I got the response that this account doesn't exist. Please help, it is not about money but I upset because I have missed a chance of making money and I had hope that luno will help me to make money to support my kids.
