Account blocked for payment into Lunos/my account

Please do not pay any money in your own bitcoin account for Luno will block your account and you will not have access to withdraw the money out again. Battling for 3 weeks to get the account unblocked No joy at all Even send them a letter from my personal banker on a letterhead with a Standard Bank stamp on it. Not good enough they say. I'm desperate and the future looks bleak for me getting access to my own funds. Spread the news and I will NEVER recommend them again. I was blocked for paying monies into my account. Pathetic services. Send the everything they asked for and still no service/unblocking
