Zero Response After Several Months

Every single person I know that has signed up at Luno, has been upgraded to tier 3. After two months, im still stuck at tier 0. Ive submitted every single possible document that luno has requested, yet every couple of days i get an automated message saying i need to either re-upload docs, or that its pending. I’ve opened multiple tickets asking for clarity, only to be ignored. The times I did get replies, the answers were beyond useless. After 2 months i stil dont know why my account is not being approved!! No feedback, no response.... nothing.

Do not use Luno!!! Rather stick to ice3x who actually cares!!
