Worst Trading Platform i have ever experienced

Dear traders please stay away from Luno i invested R19000 with this exchange and once my money was in my BTC wallet I realized that I could not send BTC to another wallet due to my primary email not working. I changed my email and sent Luno all the required documents and the the details of my new email. After 2 days of messaging i got a message in my email saying that my email was successfully updated and I need to go to link they sent me to verify my email however when you click on the link the link says expired. This was a way for them to totally lock me out of my account and cut me off from accessing my funds. What they never knew however is that the evening before they blocked my account I withdrew my funds. Luno's communication is the worst i have ever seen their support is hopeless the phone call i got to verify my details sounded like a ****mer. YOUR MONEY IS DEFINATELY NOT SAFE WITH LUNO BECAUSE THEY ARE IN FINACIAL DIFFICULTY AND THEY ARE BUSY LOOSING THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS DUE TO THEIR MISMANAGMENT AND INCOMPITANCE, they are by far the worst platform to invest your hard working money in.
