WORST CRYPTO EXCHANGE

DO NOT USE THIS Exchange!! , They have a flawed app that causes transactions to be void (QR scans don't prompt the wallet tag) . When trying to retrieve your funds they will hit you with the classic " We are experiencing backlog" . Days turn to weeks and weeks to Months with this exchange...Until you eventually forget . I even got the exchange I tried sending the money to, to fix the issue . The best they could do was send it back to Lunos main Reserve wallet. Luno has my money and waiting for the next bullrun I guess lol. I have made peace with my Hefty crypto bag I lost due to Lunos poor and nonchalant approach . Luno support if you reading this don't even bother commenting the good ol " Sorry to hear , We are looking into it" You guys couldn't care less ….
