Word of caution!!!!!

I am starting to believe that Luno is trying to ***** my money. It is hard to believe because they seem like a real legitimate company but to this day I have been trying to access my money after they closed my account. I have provided statements as they requested. I provided payment proofs. Bank confirmation letters and CIPC documents to show that I am the account owner as they requested. but they keep saying their "third-party partners" found discrepancies in my statement. They don't even tell me what those discrepancies are, making it impossible to find a way forward. Heed my warning and be careful with this company. Should I reach a more favorable conclusion I will change my opinion of them but so far it is a nightmare.
