Withdrawal not reflected for 3 weeks

<p>On the 17th of March, I attempted to withdraw $500 from my Luno wallet to my bank account. <br /><br />Days later, it appears my account number was typed in wrong. I personally find this hard to believe as I have been typing it for 20 years. <br /><br />But no matter, benefit of the doubt. Still, my Luno balance is not reflected. Luno claims that it is out of their control as the banks are processing the transfer. (No bank I know off takes 3 weeks to revert a failed transfer) and support staff is ***** and indefinite. <br /><br />I am hoping not to share this review on all my social networks but the lack of response is really getting to me. $500 may not be a lot of money to many, but it is quite a bit for me.</p>
