Very unprofesional and rude luno support

Been trading on.luno for years one day price prediction page is blank, tried re-installing the app, same thing, after this i could trade any more either, no after almost a week of logging calls, they tell me to take my money(have 7days) at a big loss, and get lost, and i am now not allowed to ever go back.

Also to add, i have to sell everything and then withdraw my money, except they locked my account, so i cant do anything
