Very Disappointed with Luno

I have been with Luno since 2017 but what I am currently experiencing with this verification is so frustrating. I need to withdraw funds before the 90 days lapse but suddenly my account is unverified and I can't remove funds despite being made to understand that funds can be removed before the 90 days. I'm disappointed
