I Deposited some money onto Luno and invested in bitcoin. When the dip hit, I tried to exchange for another currency but I was below "the minimum". Then when I attempted to sell the currency to prevent further monetary losses I get hit with the same minimum nonsense. When I try to transfer my bitcoin to another chain, I get hit with fees that are 6 times the amount I am trying to transfer? I love how quick they were to take my money and how they now to refuse to return it. I refuse to invest more money to hit the minimum bc I know that they will probably end up *****ing that too. Rather use binance

Hi Aidan,

When you instantly buy or sell cryptocurrency, some limits apply.

The amount of cryptocurrency you’re selling or buying needs to be above the minimum limit and below the maximum limit.

These limits differ depending on your region and currency pair. You can find a full list of all your instant buy and sell limits here: https://www.luno.com/countries#instant-limits

Keep in mind that these limits don’t apply when you use the Luno Exchange. There, you can trade an amount below the minimum limit or above the maximum limit.

We’ve created several Help Centre articles to help you find your way around the Luno Exchange: https://www.luno.com/help/categories/***
