Vanishing money Luno

Luno is a trap you don't want to inject money n not receive it I deposited the day before yesterday thru EFT they held my money not to reflect they they keep sending messages with no mail to provide proof of payment. There app is out of date it rejects attachments...for submission....n this is the 3 time my money disappeared with luno....so unreliable n a waste...Google play store y give us apps like this with our validation....or undercover investigate cause ***** will accelerate on ur platform if thus continues
