Useless Useless Luno!
To give Luno 1 star is an insult to the star! Useless non existent customer service! My account was hacked. I informed them immediately that I suspected ******** activities. No reply. All the money from my account has been ******. Still no reply from Luno. This could have been prevented if Luno acted! They are responsible for my loss, they could have stopped it! No number to phone no interaction. Nothing! Absolutely useless in this day and age! A public toilet is more secure than Luno! A total disgrace! No regard for customers!

I want to know why you didn’t respond to my mails telling you that I couldn’t log into my account to secure it!? Why sent me an email to ask me to report the transactions where the money was taken from my account if you can’t stop it? Why even give the option if you can’t act? I need answers from someone at Luno who is not Customer Relations or whatever telling me how to secure my account. You work with people’s money, yet you don’t respond to emails when I pleaded with you to help me! For 24 hours you had the opportunity to save my money! No number I can all nothing! Now I lost all my money and the profits and future profits! I need response now!
