Useless service from LUNO

Luno says i have reached my deposit limit for the day (which was yesterday) and now it gives me the same Error. The support agent says contact my bank which i ha already done. I ask to speak to a manager and all he says is sorry i have to wait. He says i have reached my daily limit. I said "yes" i did, That was yesterday. Today is a new day. What type of service is this. They want us to use their platform and yet are completely unable to help. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Why would someone use LUNO when the already put the highest mark-up on all crypto compared to ALL other platforms. This type of behaviour and service is completely unacceptable.

It's horrible. I missed out on so many trades due to this. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this to anyone unless you want to lose money.
