useless service

Useless service!!!Have sent more than 5 emails to cancel a market order. Cannot transact in the meantime! Longer than an hour ago allready!!!! Only get automated response!!!!!! USELESS!!!!!!

Sorry,do not believe that.On the exchange it says: "Good till cancelled!!!!
1.How do I cancel then????
2. Why do you not reply to my emails?????/

B.t.w your link to market orders does not work.
You do realize I cannot sell my btc when I want now because the money is tied up for God knows how long??????
