Useless!!!!

Be very carefull of this company. Proof of payment doesnt reflect. No responce for at least 3 months. Dont care about customer after sales service. No answer if i call the main office. Arbitrage does not match current bitcoin trend at all. For instance if bitcoin goes up, luno price can take the opposite way sometimes and fall drasticaly, or sometimes luno price gain huge while bitcoin is falling. I did ask luno to explain, but to no avail. If you invest in luno, be prepared to pay an inflated arbitrage of up to 30%! This is the worst customer service of any crypto currency websites i have delt with. They are quick to make you feel welcome once you have deposited money, but dont expect any more from them after you deposited your hard earned cash. They will ignore you! Absolutely useless. Yes they are. Rather invest in alternitive international wallet services. Once you invest in luno it seems that you are not important to them as a customer anymore. This is heartbreaking as i feel that i am being ********** and dont have anywhere to report their total disrespect for people who trusted them by investing quite a large amount of money in some cases. Shame on you Luno!!!!
