Unsafe and no service.
Luno got hacked. All of my xrp was ****** from my account. Over 600 xrp gone. I cant get it back. Luno is ignoring all my contact attempts to get back my over the R20 000 lost to theft. I will not recommend them for any of you're crypto as they have no way of keeping you or you're funds save

28 Jan 2026, 20:41Was called by luno today and told that all the money i put in the app is my responsibility. So the money that was hacked and ****** will not be tracked nor refunded. Admitting that they have no safeguard to protect the people investing in them and if you do they take no responsibility.
