Unimpressive transparency and accountability for technical issues

I have loved Luno's app and have used it since 2017. Unfortunately, the wheels appear to have come off. Graphs on some of the featured cryptos have not been updated for three days (and counting). Pricing that features in the coin details screen is not the same pricing app**** to trades (even though Luno's holding statement on their Luno Status page (https://status.luno.com/) states otherwise. I have tried to bring these issues to their attention with screenshot submissions. At the end of the day... this is not a nice-to-have weather app. This is platform they've invited people and their savings onto. There needs to be a far greater demonstration of accountability here on the part of Luno. Its been three days of smoke and mirrors, holding statements and claims that pricing is correct, when its clearly not. I understand technology can let you down. But then own up to it and fix it quickly. On these two issues I've rated you; not your app, but the way you've dealt with the situation. Show some accountability, agility and transparency. You're facilitating time-bound financial transactions, not sharing recipes or reporting thundershowers.
