Unacceptable service

This company is to say the least a joke. I wanted to use them to transfer some of my botcoin and then pay into my bank account so I followed their help options after signing up. Only after two days to be told that the money I sent is lost because I sent it in the wrong currency. Now if I made a mistake I would understand but the fact that their help options guided me towards this problem is unacceptable. I already referred several of my friends, ***orkers and clients to another company as this is isn't going to help anyone. They don't even own up to their mistakes. If you consider using them please don't try and find another option.
