Unable to withdraw my money from Luno account.
I initially blockd my account due to suspicious activity. They]n I tried to unblock it and the process that I had to go through to get my account unblocked was so frustrating. I dont get called. They dont have a number where you can call them. their service is poor. To date I am still strucggling to send money and withdraw my money from my Luno account. But its strange that the deposit function works fine.
Can anyone help me to get my money out of my Luno account please. I am trying to with draw my money .

You guys don’t have a call centre which makes it extremely difficult.it feels like your emails is automated through AI and I am not dealing with a real person.
