Unable to logon since lost phone with 2-factor auth enabled

I lost my phone and logged call with Luno on the 29 Sept 2017. Recieved immediate reply with promise that I will be contacted shortly, however it 02 Oct 2017 and still haven't received call back. Furthermore not contact details are available and emails are being ignored.

This is extremely bad service given that I'm day trader and I potentially loosing money. I'm extremely dissapointed on top of having my livelyhood on the line.
