Transfer to wallet delayed. Poor service

I did an immediate transfer to them through the app, their app did not do it correctly. The funds are now apparently in the wrong account their still, and now I am being told I must wait 7-10 days for it to show. Everytime someone new takes over the compliant we start again. Seem like an endless loop. And they deflect all the time by intermating it was an error on my side.
