Trading of bitcoin and eth

For 24 hours i can not trade my money i have invested, their app keep telling me that i cannot convert currancy at this moment and i must try again, have done this hundreds of times but no luck. I have sent them also numerous messages but still no reply . I think this is a **** and would like to report them, as i have put money into this app but now i can not get it bac****!!!!!!!!
