No ways why should I write you there. I no longer feel comfortable writing you guys privately. For the past 3 months you guys have been telling me thesame thing till you decided to ***** my money from my account and close my account. Left my account with R200 and asking me to take it out so that you can close it. So what about my R104,000 ? If truly it was a ***** case, you would have refund the money back to the senders bank account where the money came from why holding the money for 3 months to the extend that you decided to take it out of my account to a place I don't know and when I ask why and where did you remove the money to, you came back with "we have decided to terminate your account with us you can go ahead and take out your R200". You people are the worse crypto institution ever. From day one you have been telling me that you will look into it until when I said if you guys don't refund the money back to the senders account or release my money I will report you to trustpilot and other platforms you decided to close my account. My money will never go missing. I work hard for that money. I keep reporting your company every chance I get on every platform till infinity. Do you know how much is R104,000 for me that you want to disappear with it? I need my money. I can't go and write you there because you will never reply to me. All you want is for me to get out of this platform and then you stay quiet. R104,000, no ways I will see the end of this money. Refund the money back to the senders account or release it back to my account so that I can take it out and go away with your luno account I don't need it anymore.
