This complaint was never solved since the 15-01-2024. They are not restoring my old account.They ask unreasonable questions even though I confirmed who I am !!!! Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Luno *Review:* Since last night my wife Marlene and I having a problem with Luno to reply and act according to my emails.I was informed to verify my identity ,which I promptly did.at 08H40 I sent the email with my ID, Selfie and written note.They are pretending and or are denying that they have not yet received it in my mail. I want my old Luno Wallet to be updated immediately unless they have something to hide about my money does not reflect in the new wallet not verified !!!!! Luno is using the lie, reply as a cover up to do what is legally and truthfully right ? Even though I had simultaneously done precisely as they requested with all documents included they are still not updating my account, Why? Everytime they use another new reason not to do what customers request and need
