This app is slowly becoming a ****. They have held my funds with no any clear communication as to why. What was supposed to take 24hrs has now turned into constant frustrations 3days later. To make it worse, support team is the laziest I've ever seen, behaving like robots with no help at all. I regret sending my funds to this platform only to be met with frustrations. The withdrawal remains pending way past the promised 24hrs, yet the support is completely silent over the issue like nothing happens. I have tried reaching out with nobody responding back to help solve the problem. Very disappointing!! At this point, I consider my funds lost just like that!!
