Terrible Service from Luno

I am not able to withdraw money from Luno Wallet. On 25 July 2020 I tried sending Bitcoin from my Wallet. The transaction was listed as pending. On 31 July 2020 I tried to make 2 more transfers from the Wallet. They were also listed as pending. On 04 August 2020 I cancelled all 3 transactions. I then tried to withdraw money into my Bank Account. The transaction is still pending.

From 25 July 2020 I have been sending a call for help to Luno Support. Luno tells me that it takes up to 5 days for them to respond, and that it may take longer,
